Keterampilan interpersonal yang sangat baik dan mampu berinteraksi dengan orang-orang di semua tingkatan
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan tinggi
Pemikir dan pelaku strategis dan inovatif yang mampu membuat konsep dan melaksanakan pemasaran program
